I designed a lifecycle strategy template in Miro for the Customer Experience team at Toast Inc., helping them visualize and align on key moments across the customer journey. The goal was to create a flexible, easy-to-use framework that teams could adapt across use cases, from onboarding to long-term retention.
To support adoption at the leadership level, I translated the Miro template into an executive-facing deck that connected the visual model with strategic context, key metrics, and next steps. The result was a clear, consistent tool for driving cross-functional alignment and bringing lifecycle thinking into everyday work.
